IDLA Classes Start Soon

IDLA Classes Start Soon

Idaho Digital Learning Academy is starting fall classes, September 19th.  If you are interested in taking an on-line class via IDLA please see Mrs. Green for details.  Go to the website at www.IdahoDigitalLearning.org for the most current offerings of classes.

Registration usually closes one week prior to the class start date.

Open lab begins on Tuesday, September 2nd

Open lab for MTCHS students will open next Tuesday, September 2nd.  MTCHS students are more than welcome to use the labs, but be aware of the guidelines:

·         A quiet and calm environment is maintained at all times

·         Students are expected to remain quiet unless quietly discussing schoolwork with a teacher or peer

·         Students are expected to work on school related assignments

·         No gaming or non-school related internet use allowed

·         School computers and resources should only be used for school work and projects.

·         Headphones (for music) are allowed, but the volume must not be loud enough to be heard by others

·         Disruptive students will be removed from open lab

School Supply List 2008-2009

  • Scientific calculator (Algebra II or higher bring a minimum of a TI-83)
  • Pens, pencils, paper
  • Binder with dividers or expando file (Student preference)
  • Agenda book or online calendar
  • Headset with 3.5 mm connection (the standard computer jack)
  • Spanish dictionary (Freshmen, Sophomores and Juniors, if taking Spanish)
  • USB Flash Drives (Watch for sales)
    1 for transporting homework (128 MB or higher)
    1 for Competency/Electronic Portfolio Backup (1 GB or higher)
  • At least one professional dress outfit for professional dress days
    Slacks or skirt (no denim)
    Dress Shoes (no sports shoes or sandals)
    Polo or Collared Shirt
    Socks match outfit
    Belt (non-studded or decorated)
    Dress for business not a date; traditional, conservative business dress is expected.
