MTCHS is excited to welcome incoming freshmen and their families to Freshman Orientation on Thursday, April 16 from 4:30–6:30 PM. This is an important event, and families are expected to attend for the full duration.
During orientation, families will have the opportunity to learn about:
- School clubs and organizations
- Counseling and special services
- Laptops and device protection
- Transportation
- Nutrition services
- Freshman class lists (available to take home)
In addition, freshman-year teachers will provide short presentations covering:
- Freshman expectations and academics

- Life at MTCHS
- Insights from current students and parents on what they wish they had known
Important Reminder:
Fall registration will be conducted entirely online in August. Attending orientation is essential, as it provides your primary in-person opportunity to learn about MTCHS and all available resources.
